At Goversoft LLC, we stand behind PrivaZer and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that choosing privacy software is an important decision, which is why we offer a free version of PrivaZer for you to evaluate before making any purchase.
We offer a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date if PrivaZer does not meet your expectations. This gives you ample time to thoroughly test the software and ensure it works as intended on your system.
Refunds are granted under the following circumstances: if the software fails to perform as described in our documentation and we are unable to resolve the technical issue through our support channels; if you accidentally purchased the wrong license type or made a duplicate purchase; or if you experience technical problems that prevent PrivaZer from functioning properly on your system and our technical support team cannot provide a solution.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. After this period, we are unable to process refund requests, though we will continue to provide technical support to resolve any issues you may encounter.
We cannot provide refunds in certain situations. These include purchases made more than 30 days ago, license renewals where the previous license period was successfully used, cases where you simply changed your mind after the software has been working properly for you, or situations involving violation of our Terms of Service or suspected fraudulent activity.

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Please note that while we refund the full purchase price, payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers (such as PayPal or credit card processing fees) are generally non-refundable as these fees are charged to us by the payment processors regardless of refunds.
